How can I use a webcam if the company server does not allow to install any software?

Many webcams are plug and play with XP. You can try that first. It is the driver software (not web software) to your webcam, and the driver may already there in your operating system.

use a uPnP webcam. or PnP. just buy it and pop it in and then use your messenger to make use of it.
