I bought a webcam and I just now realized there’s no microphone with it.
My computer does have one already…when I plug in the webcam will the mircrophone work or will I have to go buy one?

You should be able to use it. Just try it. Since the cam has nothing to do with sound, should be okay. But if ever you can’t use it, you have to check whether any configuration is changed or not.
