Crystal asked:
I recently got vista, and installed my webcam. (Intel CS330) Apparently, it installed just fine, and it shows up underneath ‘Imaging Devices’ in device manager. Anyways, i was wondering how to get it to take pictures and such. When I had XP if you press the arrow on the location bar at the top all the drives/major folders came up, including the webcam. So you could just click on it and it would take you to a screen where you could take screenshots. Now on Vista i can’t find any way to do that. Is the only way to take pictures to download some webcam capturing software?

Contact microsoft, they will help you since vista is their software.

well you are going to need capture software thats for sure. Did the web cam not come with software for this purpose? Have you checked to see if there is a newer version for VISTA?
