I have a web cam and am trying to send pictures to my e-mail account. It keeps telling me that I have a POP3 error. How do I fix this and get the webcam to send pictures to the e-mail account. I have a new Toshiba satellite laptop. With the latest windows.

try re installing your webcam driver. this may resolve the error..
