I just got my laptop (Dell Mini Inspiron 12) and I was trying to use the webcam that’s already built in to my computer, but it keeps saying “Please plug in a supported webcam.” and it’s not working. I’m trying to figure out if there’s a specific way to turn it on, but i haven’t figured it out. If anyone could help that would be great!

go to and to downloads and see if they have any drivers
for your webcam or contact dell and see if they no any website
you can go to download the drivers
