Go to EDIT -- PREFERENCES-- IPOD -- PODCASTS Make sure it says "manually update all podcasts" It will then say something like "are you sure? this will delete all the podcasts from your ipod." Choose OK/Yes/whatever. This should transfer the podcasts over. If that doesn't work, I dont know what to tell you. Open iTunes.
