That's a company that makes guitars and other stringed instruments. As far as the "RS Only" again, I think that is a mistake also. I have the analog version of this mic and I love it! Its not 100% studio quality that you would get with that particular type costing $800 or more but for the price, you get plenty of bang for the buck. I was on my way to a gig when I accidentally left my high-priced mic behind. So I stopped at a local music store and this Samson was the only one that they had in stock. The guy kept assuring me that I would like this mic and if I didn't, he would buy it back from me. I figured I would take it back anyway because I needed it just for that one event but after the session I was sold on it. I went back and bought 2 more the next day. Again, I wouldn't reccomend this mic for the really serious applications but for podcasting, I think its great. I think that the Carlo Robelli is a mistake.
