The easiest way to create an RSS feed is to use software. A podcast is simply an RSS feed that contains an audio file in the enclosure field. The software I would recommend is FeedForAll (there is a Windows and a Mac version). The following will walk you through the process of creating a podcast using the software - (there is also a built in wizard).

You can download a free evaluation version from if you also need audio recording software look at their podcasting bundle.

Best of luck!

What part of podcasting? There is software for planning, recording, editing, uploading, RSS coding?

You can try for editing.
