The easiest way to create an RSS feed is to use software. A podcast is simply an RSS feed that contains an audio file in the enclosure field. The software I would recommend is FeedForAll (there is a Windows and a Mac version). The following will walk you through the process of creating a podcast using the software - (there is also a built in wizard).

You can download an evaluation version from

If you also need an audio recording software take a look at their podcasting bundle.

Simply record the audio file. FTP it up to the web (local to your website or use a host). Then link to it using the above directions to create the feed.
Best of luck!

There is one.

Basically you will need to learn how to use recording and editing software. For video, get an Apple computer with Final Cut. For audio, I use Adobe audition but there is a free one for you to try at .After you learn how to use it, you'll create an episode with your voice, or some legal music, or whatever you have, then save it in your computer as an MP3 file if it's audio, or MP4 if it's video.

From there you upload to a website, same web address for every episode. As a beginner, you can use one of the sites that's dedicated to hosting podcasts. Expect to pay $5.00 - $10.00 a month for bandwidth and storage. You get an RSS code that people use for subscribing to your podcast, and also for you to get listed at itunes and other places.
