If you can actually find a doctor to do it, you would probably be looking at like 5-8 thousand USD..

Is that for real? I’ve never seen ears like that. If that’s you, you sure have a nice face but the ears do change your image because you can’t help but focus on them. They are cute tho’.
Check around at the university hospital. There might be someone there that would do it for nothing.
I know it’s not funny to you but I kinda like them. They are unique.

Oh I think it makes you look unique. It works with your face. (Assuming this is actually a photo of you) But I suppose you must’ve gotten a lot of taunting. As for price I suppose it would cost between $2000 and $7000.
Turns out elf ears are a new trend, where people are actually getting surgery to give them elf ears. (It actually looks exactly like the photo you linked, so if it’s not you I’m guessing that’s what went on there.)

I don’t recommend this, but here’s a link.
You can always call up all the local cosmetic surgeons in your phone book and ask them if they will do it and for how much. I think it may turn out cute!!

I think the surgery you are describing is too unusual for you to bump into anyone on Yahoo! Answers who has had it. Only people who have had this surgery will have any clue remotely how much it will cost, answers from the rest of us will only be guesses.
Your best bet is to sit down with a surgeon for a consultation and ask. Most surgeons do consultations for free. I think the really difficult part will be finding a surgeon willing to do it.
