If you&#039;re not having any problems accessing other podcasts then it could be a damaged or corrupt RSS feed from Disney.  Nothing you can do about that.  If you have access to another machine (school, library, etc.) see if you can download and save to disk or flash drive.

Your machine&#039;s antivirus and/or firewall might be blocking the download.  Try adding Disney to your allowed lists or temporarily disable the AV and firewall until the download is saved to your desktop.  Once on the desktop, enable the AV and firewall.  Then right click the file icon and you should see an option to scan for viruses.
