Start/RUN/type sysdm.cpl enter key/hardware tab/device manager/look in Sound Video and Game controllers find the onboard camera/right click it thyen click DISABLE. If you are using AIM or Yahoo! or MSN Live Messenger, you need to go under the options of the camera settings and tell the program which camera is your default.
