What is the best webcam you know of between 15 and 30 dollars?

I know that 15-30 dollars isn’t going to buy something wonderful. I’m just looking for the best webcam I can get in that price range. It doesn’t have to have great software with it, I already have a full compliment of software for webcams.

This camera is for taking video of myself to document weight loss.
